Snow Day!

We had a GREAT time on our walk to the public library on Tuesday. We returned the library books, then we went to the park and enjoyed the beauty of a wonderful winter day! Here are a few photographs of the children. It's amazing to watch how children don't need toys or equipment to enjoy being outside on a winter day.

Many tried to build a snowman, but it was so cold that the snow was too light and fluffy. The perfect type of snow to 'swim' in and create 'snow angels'. Children also chased each other, pretended to bury themselves in snow and had fun throwing the snow into the air and watching it fall.

We hope you will continue to enjoy snowy days with your children over the winter break.
