OUTDOOR INQUIRY
Our class uses different outdoor learning spaces including; the local valley, R.V. Burges Park and the school learning yard.
Please send your child ready to explore the natural world. If they come to school in clothes that they are worried about getting sand or dirt on, they can't fully participate in our learning experiences.
Fall Clothes to Consider
-rain boots
-splash pants
-extra socks for cubbies
Please remember to put your child's name or initials on their extra clothing and/or boots.
Winter Clothing
-waterproof winter boots
-water resistant gloves
-extra pair of gloves to leave in cubby (after other gloves are wet)
-extra socks
-practice doing 'the flip' with your child's winter coat and teaching them how to put on their snow pants by themselves
