Stephanie Hammond (Teacher)
My name is Stephanie Hammond and I'm a Teacher with the Toronto District School Board. I've taught Kindergarten for 10 years and Grade 1 for two years all in the Thorncliffe Park Community.
I believe in the abilities of all children to thrive and learn in a well planned and researched environment. I believe in the natural curiosity of each child to explore their world and share their understandings in many different ways.
I'm looking forward to the year ahead together!
Gokce Cananoglu (Early Childhood Educator)
My name is Goke Cananoglu and I'm an Early Childhood Educator with the Toronto District School Board. I received my ECE degree from George Brown College. From my home country of Turkey I graduated with a University degree as a Physical Education Teacher. I have worked with young children for over 11 years.
I am originally from Turkey and speak both Turkish and Kurdish. My family includes my husband and two young daughters. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family.
I love working with young children. I believe it is very important to have educators who believe that children are our future and will be the leaders to help build a prosperous society.
